Every morning, a continental breakfast with fresh local produce is served in the dining room or outdoors, on the garden terrace. It includes a hot drink and freshly squeezed orange juice, gâteau basque, organic cereals, Danish pastries, a selection of fresh bread with Maider and Evelyne’s homemade jam, farmstead cow’s and sheep’s milk cheeses, local ham, homemade compote and fresh fruit salad.
